The Deal

myvapeplugg is a 21+ nicotine retailer, curated and sourced by the Plugg Drop Team and the PLUGG curation team. By using this site or placing an order you agree to everything on this page. If you do not agree, do not order.

You Must Be 21+

Full stop. You confirm you are at least 21 years old when you enter the site and again at checkout. Orders are age-verified before they ship and an adult signature is required at delivery. Buying on behalf of anyone under 21 is illegal and we will cancel and refund any order we believe is doing that. Falsifying your age voids every protection in these terms.

Where We Ship

We ship only where nicotine products can legally be delivered. Some states, cities and counties restrict or ban flavored nicotine, online nicotine sales, or both. If your address falls in a restricted area we will cancel and refund the order — the restriction is not something we can work around. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Products & Availability

We pool inventory across the PLUGG shelves, so stock moves fast and an item in your bag is not reserved until the order is paid. Puff counts, battery life and nicotine strengths are manufacturer figures — real-world results vary with how you use the device. Product images are representative; packaging artwork changes without notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Bundle discounts apply automatically once your bag hits the qualifying quantity. We may change prices, correct pricing errors, and limit order quantities at any time. If we cancel an order for a pricing error you get a full refund, no argument.

Orders We Can Refuse

• Failed or inconclusive age verification
• Delivery addresses in restricted jurisdictions
• Suspected resale without an approved wholesale account
• Payment flagged for fraud or a mismatched billing address
• Quantities that look like distribution rather than personal use

Returns & Faulty Devices

Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 14 days. For health and safety reasons opened nicotine products cannot be returned. If a device arrives dead or fails within 7 days, we replace it and cover the shipping — just send a short video or photo of the fault. Full detail lives on the Shipping & Returns page.

Health Warning

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale pricing is for approved, licensed businesses only. Approval requires a valid tobacco or retail licence and can be withdrawn if licensing lapses or product is diverted. Wholesale orders are governed by these terms plus the account agreement issued on approval.

Site Use

Do not scrape the store, resell our content, or use the site to break the law. We can refuse service, close accounts and cancel orders at our discretion. We may update these terms at any time — the version live on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not responsible for how a product is used after it is delivered to an adult purchaser.
