What We Collect

To ship you nicotine products legally we need a few things: your name, delivery address, email, phone number and payment details. We also collect age-verification data — your date of birth and, where required, the result of an identity check run by our verification partner. On top of that we log basic device and browsing information (pages viewed, items added to bag) so the store actually works and we can see which flavors people want.

Marketing

Drop alerts are opt-in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and opting out takes effect immediately. Order confirmations, shipping notices and safety notices are transactional — you will keep getting those as long as you have an active order.

You can ask us what we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to retain it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before we act on the request.

Security

Payment details never touch our servers — they go straight to our PCI-compliant processor. Everything else moves over an encrypted connection and access is limited to staff who need it to fulfil orders or answer your support tickets.
