Refunds,
No Runaround.
Nicotine products are age-restricted, so we cannot take back anything that has been opened. Everything else we handle fast and without argument. Here is exactly where the line sits.
We Refund This.
- Sealed, unopened devices and pods in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery
- Anything we shipped wrong — wrong flavor, wrong strength, wrong item entirely
- Orders cancelled by us for age verification or a restricted delivery address
- Duplicate charges or a card charged for an order we never shipped
We Cannot.
- Opened devices, pods, cartridges or e-liquid — health and safety, no exceptions
- Clearance and final-sale drops, marked at the point of purchase
- Bundles broken up after delivery (the bundle returns whole or not at all)
- Anything returned after 14 days, or without the original packaging
How it runs
Four Steps, That Is It.
Message Us First
Send your order number and what went wrong. Returns sent back without approval cannot be tracked to your order, and we cannot refund what we cannot identify.
We Approve It
Approved returns get a confirmation and the return address. Most are cleared the same business day.
Send It Back Sealed
Pack it as it arrived. Once it lands we check the seals — that check is what releases the refund.
Money Moves
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the check clearing. Your bank sets the last mile.
Dead On Arrival
A device that will not fire out of the box is not a return — it is a replacement. Send your order number and a short clip or photo within 7 days of delivery and a new unit goes out. You pay nothing and you send nothing back.
Report A Faulty DeviceLate Refund?
Check your bank first — pending refunds often sit invisible for a few days. If it has been more than 10 business days since we confirmed the refund, message us with the order number and we will chase the processor ourselves.
Exchanges
We do not swap flavors or strengths after dispatch — stock moves too fast to hold one back. Return the sealed item for a refund and reorder what you actually want. Reordering is faster than an exchange anyway.
